Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Chennai. The Architect will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing architectural projects, ensuring integration of technical solutions, and managing multiple projects from concept to completion. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, adhering to project timelines, and delivering innovative architectural solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design and Engineering: Develop detailed architectural systems, layouts, and specifications for high-rise buildings, focusing on structural integrity and system integration.
· System Integration: Coordinate structural engineering, HVAC, electrical power, lighting, and plumbing systems to ensure seamless operation and code compliance.
· Technical Documentation: Produce and review detailed construction documents, blueprints, and BIM models using CAD/Revit software.
· Project Management: Outline project goals, budgets, and timelines, managing the project from conceptual design through to construction completion.
· Collaboration: Liaison with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained during construction.
· Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all building plans comply with local and national building codes, fire regulations, and safety standards.
· Site Management: Conduct site visits, assess construction progress, and troubleshoot technical issues.
Required Qualifications –
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architectural Engineering.
· Proven experience of 10 + in high-rise or large-scale commercial projects.
· Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM software.
· Strong knowledge of building codes and structural systems.
