Role Description
SPATIA is seeking a full-time Architect to join our team in Hyderabad. In this on-site role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing architectural projects while collaborating closely with clients and team members. You will manage project objectives, ensure timely execution, and oversee integration efforts to deliver innovative solutions. Daily tasks include concept design, planning, documentation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, including creating and executing design concepts and technical detailing.
- Proficiency in Design Softwares.
- Strong Project Management skills to oversee scope, timelines, and coordination across various teams and disciplines
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and emerging architectural technologies
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate efficiently
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- Professional certification and experience working on large-scale or innovative projects is a plus
