Job Title: Architect (3–5 Years Experience)
Location: Shed No. 2, Plot No. 4, MSC Compound, Anangpur, Faridabad, Haryana – 121003
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience & skillset)
Industry: Turnkey Interior Fit-out / Design & Build
About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Architect with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in interior fit-outs and turnkey project execution. The ideal candidate will play a key role in translating client requirements into innovative, functional, and executable design solutions while coordinating closely with internal teams for seamless project delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Develop concept designs, layouts, and detailed drawings aligned with client requirements
- Prepare working drawings, GFCs, and BOQs for execution
- Coordinate with in-house production teams (wood, metal, stone, upholstery) and site teams
- Ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and execution-friendly
- Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and resolve on-site design challenges
- Collaborate with MEP consultants and vendors for integrated solutions
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and standards
- Support in client presentations, material selection, and design approvals
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in interior fit-outs / turnkey projects
- Proficiency in:
- AutoCAD (mandatory)
- SketchUp / 3Ds Max (preferred)
- MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong understanding of materials, detailing, and execution processes
- Good knowledge of site coordination and project workflows
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
