SPACES is a design-led architectural lighting firm working with architects, interior designers, and project stakeholders on design and execution-oriented projects. Our work spans design coordination, documentation, and project support across multiple stages of delivery.
We are looking to hire an architect for a role that combines project coordination responsibilities with drawing, documentation, and lighting layout support work within an active project environment.
Role Overview
This role is suited for architects who are interested in gaining exposure to project execution, coordination, and drawing documentation processes. The position involves working closely with internal teams on project-related activities while also contributing to design and drawing documentation tasks as part of ongoing assignments.
The scope of work is intentionally broad, offering involvement across coordination, documentation, and design support functions, and providing a well-rounded understanding of how projects move from planning to implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project coordination activities including documentation, tracking, and internal communication
- Assist in maintaining project records, drawings, schedules, and reports
- Coordinate with internal teams & consultants as required for ongoing projects
- Participate in project meetings and site visits when needed
- Contribute to preparation and coordination of drawing and documentation packages, including lighting layout drawings and related details
- Assist senior team members in ensuring smooth flow of information between design and execution stages
- Handle general project support tasks as part of day-to-day operations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Interest in project coordination, execution workflows, and drawing preparation and documentation
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable working across varied tasks and teams
- Willingness to learn and adapt within a multi-functional project environment
