Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect based in New Delhi. The Architect will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing architectural designs, preparing detailed project plans, and managing their implementation. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients and stakeholders, ensuring design accuracy, integrating innovative solutions, and overseeing project timelines to deliver practical and aesthetic results.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architectural Design and a strong understanding of Architecture principles
- Experience in Project Management, with the ability to oversee and coordinate multiple aspects of projects
- Knowledge of Software Development and Integration for architecture-related tools and technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in developing unique design solutions
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with clients, consultants, and team members
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- Professional certifications in architecture and familiarity with relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) are a plus
- Experience in urban planning or environmental design is advantageous
