Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for an Architect. The Architect will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the execution of architectural projects. Key tasks include creating innovative and functional architectural designs, collaborating with clients and team members, developing and integrating software tools for design and project coordination, and overseeing project management activities to ensure timely and quality-focused delivery.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, including spatial planning, building systems, Industrial landscaping
- Proficiency in Project Management, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Strong ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with clients, consultants
- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Experience of minimum 2 years in necessary for this role
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations specific to the Gurugram area is advantageous
