Job Description:
Define architecture and technical roadmap for Linux-based embedded platforms.
Lead Linux Device Driver and Kernel software development activities.
Design robust software frameworks for hardware abstraction and device integration.
Drive BSP customization and Linux platform bring-up activities.
Review and approve software architecture, design documents, and implementation plans.
Collaborate with hardware, platform, cybersecurity, and system architects.
Guide teams on Linux kernel internals, device drivers, middleware, and system integration.
Ensure software quality, performance optimization, maintainability, and scalability.
Support customer requirements and resolve critical technical issues.
Drive technical reviews, design discussions, and root cause analysis.
Mentor senior engineers and lead cross-functional engineering teams.
