Role Description - ARCHITECT
This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for the post of Architect. The Architect will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing architectural projects, design, and execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (1-3 years of experience)
- Candidates must have strong design conceptualization and execution skills with high proficiency and experience in using AutoCAD, SketchUp,
- Photoshop and other advanced software.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients, teams, and contractors
- Ability to solve complex design and construction challenges creatively and effectively
- Participate in site visits, inspections, and client meetings as required.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Project Management expertise to ensure efficient workflow and project delivery
- Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.
Role Description - DRAUGHTSPERSON
This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for the post of Draughtsperson.
Key Role
- Candidates should be highly proficient and experienced in using AutoCAD.
- Project Management expertise to ensure efficient workflow and project delivery
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients, teams, and contractors
- Participate in site visits, inspections, and client meetings as required.
