We’re Hiring – Architecture + Design Team
Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹75,000/month (final offer based on experience and interview performance)
We are expanding our team to work on a mix of high-end luxury residences and commercial projects. We’re looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, technically sound, and comfortable working in a dynamic, execution-driven environment.
1. Junior Architect (1–2 Years Experience)What you’ll do:
- Assist in design development, working drawings, and detailing
- Support BOQ preparation (working knowledge required)
- Coordinate with senior architects and site teams
Requirements:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD + SketchUp
- Basic understanding of BOQs
- Awareness of materials and construction
- Ability to work efficiently and meet timelines
2. Senior Architect (4–5 Years Experience)What you’ll handle:
- End-to-end project coordination (design to execution)
- Client and consultant coordination
- BOQ preparation, costing, and vendor interaction
- Site execution and team coordination
Requirements:
- Strong command over AutoCAD + SketchUp
- Proven experience in BOQs and site handling
- Good material and detailing knowledge
3. Assistant Architect / Draughtsman (2–3 Years Experience)What you’ll do:
- Prepare detailed working drawings and execution sets
- Translate design intent into clear construction drawings
- Assist with BOQs and site coordination
Requirements:
- High proficiency in AutoCAD (speed and accuracy)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD + SketchUp is a plus
- Good understanding of construction drawings
4. 3D Designer (2–3 Years Experience)What you’ll do:
- Develop 3D models and high-quality renders
- Support design presentations with quick iterations
Requirements:
- Strong SketchUp skills
- Proficiency in rendering software
- D5 / Twinmotion preferred
- Good understanding of lighting and materials
Common Across All Roles- Proficiency in relevant software is essential
- Experience in residential and/or commercial projects preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
