Job Title: Architect

Salary Range: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month
Experience Required: Minimum 4+ Years
Job Summary:Royallinks is seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects while ensuring quality, functionality, and compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop architectural designs, drawings, and 3D models.
- Prepare detailed working drawings and construction documents.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, and site teams.
- Conduct site visits and ensure work is executed as per design.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Assist in material selection and cost estimation.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in architectural design and execution.
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
- Strong design, planning, and visualization skills.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:- Experience in residential and interior projects.
- Knowledge of project management and site coordination.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
