Role Description
ROBINSON HOMES LTD is seeking a full-time Architect for an on-site role located in Chennai. The Architect will be responsible for designing and developing architectural plans, overseeing project execution, and ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations. Daily tasks include conceptualizing architectural designs, collaborating with clients and project stakeholders, managing project timelines, integrating technical solutions, and optimizing spatial functionality to meet client requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Architecture, including skills in conceptualization, planning, and space optimization
- Experience with Architectural Design and the ability to create innovative and sustainable designs
- Project Management skills, with the ability to handle timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Understanding of Software Development and Integration for architecture-led technological projects is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in design software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar applications
- Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
