Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Chennai. The Architect will be responsible for designing innovative, functional, and sustainable architectural plans. Key responsibilities include collaborating with project teams, overseeing architectural design, and ensuring the successful integration of solutions in ongoing and upcoming projects. Additional tasks involve coordinating with stakeholders, managing project timelines, and adhering to industry standards in all aspects of architectural development.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design for developing innovative and efficient structures
- Experience in Project Management to ensure timely delivery and alignment with objectives
- Knowledge of Software Development and Integration to incorporate advanced tools and technologies into architectural projects
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Familiarity with local construction laws and regulations in India, particularly in Tamil Nadu
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with diverse teams
