Architect (3–5 Years Experience)
Location: Chennai, India
PWA Architects is looking for a motivated Architect to join our growing team and support ongoing projects in India. This role will work closely with our Colombo office while being stationed in Chennai, collaborating with clients, consultants, and project teams across both locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with India-based clients and consultants
- Support architectural design development and documentation
- Liaise between the Colombo studio and India project teams
- Assist in site coordination and undertake periodic site visits
Requirements:
- B.Arch or M.Arch qualification
- 3–5 years of professional architectural experience
- Fluency in Tamil (required for coordination with local stakeholders and project teams in Chennai)
- Strong communication and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams
- Willingness to be based in Chennai, India and work on India-based projects
Additional Advantages:
- Eligibility to work in India (e.g., OCI Card or relevant work authorization)
- Previous exposure or project experience in India or similar regional contexts
