Role Description The Architect at Popify Homes will design and develop interior layouts, furniture concepts, and spatial plans that align with the brand’s modern aesthetic and functional requirements. This full-time role is based in Gurugram, with a combination of on-site collaboration at the Design Lab. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating architectural and interior design drawings, coordinating with product designers and engineers, and ensuring seamless integration between furniture, decor, and overall space planning. The Architect will participate in project scoping, manage timelines, and oversee design execution from concept to implementation, while adhering to safety standards and local regulations. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, presenting design proposals to stakeholders, and iterating on feedback to deliver high-quality, customer-centric spaces.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to create detailed plans, layouts, and 3D visualizations.
- Experience with Integration of furniture, decor, and spatial design to achieve cohesive, functional, and aesthetic environments.
- Proficiency in Project Management, including scoping, scheduling, coordination with vendors and internal teams, and timely delivery of design projects.
- Familiarity with relevant Software Development or digital tools for design workflows (e.g., CAD/BIM platforms, visualization software) and the ability to collaborate with technical teams when needed.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and best practices in residential and commercial interior design.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
- Attention to detail, creative problem-solving abilities, and a portfolio demonstratingc modern, user-focused design work.
