About Position:
This role focuses on designing and implementing GenAI-powered automation solutions using enterprise AI platforms. You will be responsible for building, testing, and deploying AI agents, RAG pipelines, and rapid prototypes while collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver impactful, scalable solutions.

What You'll Do:
- This position includes designing and implementing GenAI-powered automation using enterprise AI platforms, as well as building, testing, and deploying AI agents, RAG pipelines, and rapid prototypes.
- The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to spot automation opportunities and shape high-impact use cases.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Will be responsible for implementing best practices for secure AI development, governance, and responsible use, integrating solutions with Automation Anywhere and other enterprise tools, and ensuring the scalability, performance, and maintainability of these solutions.
- Providing technical guidance and architectural oversight, supporting the automation factory framework, contributing to documentation and reusable solution components, and offering on-call production support as required are also part of the role.
- Strong expertise in GenAI technologies, including RAG architecture.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock, Claude, and MS Copilot Studio.
- Ability to design and deploy AI agents and prototypes at pace.
- Understanding of AI guardrails, governance, and responsible AI principles.
