- Reporting To: Senior Architect / Head of Design / Project Head
Experience & Qualifications
Experience: 3 to 8 years in architectural design + execution, preferably in luxury residential / mixeduse real estate developments.
Good exposure to luxury finishes, high quality detailing, highrise residential or villa projects.
Bachelor’s degree in architecture (B.Arch.), Master’s is a plus.
Proficiency in design & technical tools: AutoCAD, Revit / BIM, 3D visualization software, rendering tools.
Strong understanding of applicable building codes, local municipal regulations (Thane / Mumbai region), approvals and NOCs (e.g. MCGM, RERA).
Knowledge of sustainable design practices / green building rating systems is desirable.
Strong visualization & presentation skills; ability to convey design ideas clearly.
Detailoriented, especially with finishes, joineries, façades, material transitions.
Problemsolving mindset; ability to balance aesthetics, cost, constructability.
Good communication & coordination skills; ability to work with multidisciplinary
teams.
Ability to adapt to changes (client feedback, site constraints) and revise designs
effectively.
Time management skills; capable of handling multiple projects / tasks in parallel.
Concept designs, schematic designs within defined timelines.
Detailed architectural and working drawings without major errors.
Timely approvals and NOCs.
Material / finish specifications finalized and procured as per design quality.
Design execution at site matching design intention and finishing quality.
Budget compliance (design & materials) without compromising luxury standards.
Minimal reworks / defects in finishes and detailing.
