Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect located in Bengaluru. The Architect will be responsible for designing and planning architectural projects, coordinating with clients, overseeing project execution, and ensuring designs adhere to functional, aesthetic, and structural standards. Additionally, the role involves collaborating across teams to integrate systems and managing projects to align with schedule and budget goals. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be central to daily responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, including planning and building creative and functional spaces.
- Proficiency in Project Management to oversee timelines, resources, and team coordination effectively.
- Experience with Software Development and Integration as related to architectural technology and design software.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Familiarity with sustainable and environmentally conscious design practices is a plus.
- Prior experience working on commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects is advantageous.
