Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect, based in Mumbai. The Architect will be responsible for designing and planning architectural projects, collaborating with clients and teams, preparing detailed drawings and models, and ensuring project compliance with relevant codes and regulations. The role also involves managing project timelines, providing technical expertise, and visiting project sites as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Architectural Design, Urban Design, and Building Planning
- Proficiency in 3D Modeling, CAD Software, and Rendering Tools
- Experience in Project Management, Budgeting, and Scheduling
- Knowledge of Building Codes, Construction Methods, and Sustainability Standards
- Excellent Communication, Team Collaboration, and Presentation abilities
- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Registered Architect or equivalent certification (preferred)
