Role Overview

As a ServiceNow Architect, you will lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions. You will ensure alignment with business and IT strategies while guaranteeing platform scalability, reliability, and performance.

You will provide technical leadership to developers and consultants, ensuring adherence to best practices and platform governance. Your role will also involve overseeing and leading integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems (e.g., APIs, middleware).

With expertise in modules like ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD, you will shape the platform architecture to enhance operational efficiency and support strategic business goals. In this position, you will report to the Head of ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, reusable solution designs
• Prepare documentation, technical approaches, and development instructions
• Monitor implementation quality and lead integration testing when required
• Coordinate platform rollouts and enhancements with relevant teams
• Ensure adherence to technical standards and best practices
• Ensure compliance and license adherence in collaboration with ServiceNow account teams, vendors, and stakeholders
• Support upgrade planning, release management, and environment strategy

Required Skills & Experience

• Several years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow
• Strong experience in architecting solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD
• Experience with ServiceNow data models, workflows, and scripting (JavaScript)
• Expertise in complex enterprise integrations (REST APIs, SOAP, middleware)
• Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and custom app development
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into high-quality technical designs

Certifications (Preferred)

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
• Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Master Architect (preferred)
• Experience with Agile methodologies
