Role Description
This is a full-time, role for an Architect based in Mumbai. The Architect will be responsible for designing and developing creative architectural solutions, creating detailed drawings and plans, and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. Key responsibilities include leading architectural projects from concept to execution, integrating design practices with technical details, and actively managing project timelines and deliverables to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and functional design solutions.
- Proficiency in architectural software and tools, with the ability to ensure seamless Integration of digital solutions into projects.
- Strong Project Management skills, including setting timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and meeting deadlines efficiently.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client interaction skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Prior experience working on large-scale and diverse projects is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of the latest architecture trends and sustainable design practices is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create architectural concept Design and layouts.
- Knowledge About Feasibility Studies of the Project.
- Should Know to do Planning as per Rules & Regulations of Dcpr 2034.
- Work on 2D and 3D drawings using design software.
- Source materials and manage vendor coordination.
- Visit sites for Checking design Execution.
- Meet clients and understand their space and style preferences.
- Make Redevelopment Presentations For Client.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is B.ARCH With 0 to 2 Years Experience. Applicants must be proficient in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, AI Render Tools and have a strong knowledge of design & execution.
