🏗️ We’re Hiring: Architect
📍 Surat HQ | 🕒 Full-Time (Mon–Sat, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)
👤 Experience: 5+ Years
Moduco is a leading modular construction company specializing in precast and prefabricated building solutions. We are looking for a dynamic Architect to lead design projects and guide our architectural team from concept to execution.
🔎 Key Responsibilities:
Lead architectural projects from concept to completion
Design MEP
Presentation drawings, 3D rendering using online tools
Develop innovative, functional, and code-compliant designs
Manage and mentor Jr. Architects & design teams
Oversee drawings, documentation & quality control
Manage client relationships, presentations & approvals
Monitor timelines & deliverables
🎓 Required skills:
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Architecture
3+ years of relevant experience in design & project management
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp & Adobe Suite. Knowledge on MS office
Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
Knowledge construction practices
