Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Architect role located in Noida. The Architect will be responsible for designing and developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings and plans, managing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations. The role also involves collaboration with clients, engineers, and other team members to ensure successful project execution. The Architect will contribute to site evaluations, space planning, and deliver innovative and high-quality design solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other relevant architectural software
- Strong skills in Site Planning, Space Planning, and Master Planning
- Experience in Construction Administration and Project Management
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, and sustainable building practices
- Effective collaboration and communication skills to work closely with clients, designers, and engineers
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- Experience in group housing, commercial design, or corporate projects is a plus
