Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect located in Ghaziabad. The Architect will be responsible for designing and drafting architectural plans, interpreting client requirements, and coordinating with engineers and interior designers. The role involves site evaluation, space planning, and overseeing project management to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality architectural projects. The Architect will also ensure compliance with local building codes and contribute to sustainable and innovative design solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in architectural design, space planning, and site planning
- Strong drafting and 3D modeling skills using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software
- Experience in project management and construction administration
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainable design principles
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- Professional experience in group housing, commercial, and corporate projects is a plus
- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
