Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Architect role located in Mumbai. The Architect will be responsible for designing innovative and functional architectural solutions tailored to clients' needs. Key responsibilities include conceptualizing building designs, developing architectural layouts, and collaborating on project management from inception to completion. The role requires close coordination with engineering, interior design teams, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project integration and delivery.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
- Proficiency in Project Management and the ability to oversee projects from planning to execution
- Experience with Software Development and Integration as it applies to architectural projects
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with environmentally sustainable design principles is an advantage
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field
- Professional certification or licensure in architecture is a plus(Council of Architecture)
- Knowledge of relevant architectural software and tools
- Knowledge of drafting software (ZWCAD or equivalent) and ability to print drawings after checking
