🚨 We’re Hiring | Architect (4–5 Years Experience)
📍 Location: Mangalam Landmarks, PCMC Pune
Mangalam Landmarks is looking for an execution-oriented Architect who can take ownership beyond drawings and actively contribute to the design, coordination, and on-ground execution of large-scale residential & commercial developments.
This role is ideal for professionals who understand both design intent and real-world site execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handling end-to-end design coordination for ongoing & upcoming projects
• Coordinating with structural, MEP, liaison, landscape, and other consultants
• Reviewing consultant drawings before site execution
• Ensuring drawings align with approved plans and project requirements
• Conducting regular site visits to monitor design implementation
• Supporting concept development to design finalisation for new ventures
• Maintaining accuracy, detailing, and execution feasibility across all stages
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 4–5 years of relevant architectural experience
✔ Strong understanding of residential/commercial project execution
✔ Hands-on coordination and site management capabilities
✔ Proficiency in AutoCAD, working drawings, and consultant coordination
✔ Ability to identify practical execution issues before they impact site progress
✔ Candidates who can independently handle responsibilities and work in a fast-paced environment
This is not a purely desk-based design role. We are specifically looking for professionals who are comfortable balancing design, coordination, and execution.
