Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect based in Noida. The Architect will be responsible for architectural planning, design coordination, drawing reviews, and execution support for residential/high-rise real estate projects. The role involves coordinating with consultants, site teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality and compliance with design standards and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, layouts, and design documentation
- Coordinate with construction, MEP, structural, and interior teams for smooth project execution
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and authority regulations
- Monitor project progress and resolve design-related issues during execution
- Support project planning, approvals, BOQs, and consultant coordination
- Maintain quality standards, functionality, and aesthetic requirements across projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- 6–10 years of experience in residential/high-rise real estate projects
- Strong knowledge of architectural design, planning, and project coordination
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/SketchUp, and MS Office
- Good understanding of local building by-laws and construction practices
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in sustainable and modern design concepts will be an added advantage
