Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified Architect with minimum 5 years of experience with reputed architechitectural firm or real estate company. The candidate should have strong knowledge of local building regulations and hands-on experience in preparing sanction drawings.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, including sanction drawings as per local authorities (PMC, PCMC, PMRDA)
- Ensure compliance with applicable building bylaws and regulations
- Work closely with liaison architects and internal concept/design teams for project approvals
- Strong understanding of UDCPR regulations
- Manage documentation related to FSI, zoning laws, reservations, and other regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with external consultants and authorities for approvals and clearances
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- Minimum 5 years of experience with a reputed architectural firm or real estate company
- Strong knowledge of building bylaws, FSI, zoning regulations, and UDCPR
- Experience in preparing sanction drawings for PMC, PCMC, and PMRDA
- Good coordination and communication skills
