Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Architect role located in Kolkata. The Architect will be responsible for designing and managing architectural projects, creating innovative and functional building designs, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. The role will also involve overseeing project timelines, ensuring quality standards, and working closely with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into effective architectural solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in architecture and architectural design principles
- Experience in project management and overseeing project timelines
- Basic understanding or familiarity with software development and integration
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver quality results within deadlines
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Experience in prefabricated and steel structure design is a plus
