Role Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated Architect for a full-time, on-site role at our Mumbai office. The Architect will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing architectural designs, managing projects from inception to completion, and ensuring adherence to client budgets and schedules. The role also involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, overseeing project implementation, and leveraging architectural software to create innovative, functional spaces that meet client needs and preferences.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
- Experience in Project Management, including coordinating teams and meeting deadlines
- Proficiency in architecture-specific Software Development and Integration
- Strong creative and analytical skills to deliver innovative and functional designs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and team members
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
