Role Description
This is a full-time, role for an Architect with location in Gurgaon. The Architect will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects while ensuring adherence to client goals, timelines, and budget constraints. Responsibilities include developing architectural designs, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, managing project workflows, and integrating innovative solutions into project plans. The role requires active participation in client meetings, coordination with consultants and adherence to design quality and compliance standards.
The day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with the team, conducting research, developing design concepts, creating drawings & documents, and overseeing project coordination with consultants & agencies.
Qualifications
B.Arch degree & qualification in architecture at graduate level
Effective professional communication skills
Proficiency in relevant architectural software and tools
Attention to detail and ability to work in a team
