Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect located in the Gurugram. The Architect will be responsible for conducting architectural design, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Key responsibilities include creating and reviewing designs, integrating technical specifications, planning project timelines, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet client requirements efficiently and innovatively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to create innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs.
- Experience in Software Development and system Integration, with aptitude for using industry-standard tools and platforms.
- Project Management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and monitor project milestones within timelines and budgets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools is an advantage.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements will be considered a plus.
