Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect based in Coimbatore. The Architect will be responsible for designing and developing architectural solutions, overseeing project management tasks, and integrating creative design concepts. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating detailed architectural plans, managing project timelines, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. Candidates will be expected to bring innovation to designs while aligning with established requirements and regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong eye for detail and innovation
- Technical expertise in Software Development and Integration to support architectural processes
- Experience in Project Management, including budget estimation, timeline creation, and team coordination
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with clients, contractors, and team members
- Relevant certifications or a degree in Architecture or related fields
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulatory requirements in Coimbatore
