1. Architect III (10–15 Years Experience)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Architect III to lead the technical and design development of complex projects. This role requires strong project leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams through all phases of design and construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical development and coordination from concept through construction administration.
- Oversee architectural drawings, BIM models, specifications, and construction documentation.
- Direct consultant teams (structural, MEP, landscape, specialty).
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety, accessibility, and local regulations.
- Mentor junior architects and guide teams in resolving complex design challenges.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design reviews.
- Manage construction administration activities including site visits, RFIs, and contractor coordination.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch); Master’s preferred.
- Architecture license required.
- 10–15 years of professional experience in architectural practice.
- Advanced knowledge of Revit and BIM workflows.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience in Educational projects highly desirable.
- Sustainability accreditations (LEED, WELL, EDAC) are a plus.
2. Project Manager (5–8 Years Experience)

About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized Project Manager to coordinate multiple architectural projects. This role bridges design, finance, and leadership, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, within budget, and in alignment with contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and information sheets.
- Plan and allocate staffing requirements based on project workplans.
- Conduct weekly project review meetings focusing on budget tracking and performance monitoring.
- Manage invoicing and coordinate closely with finance teams and client stakeholders.
- Track project milestones, schedules, and deliverables using internal tools.
- Ensure compliance with contracts and agreements.
- Facilitate clear communication between design teams, consultants, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of project management experience in architecture/design consulting.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle and financial oversight.
- Proficiency in project tracking tools and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of contracts, invoicing, and fee structures.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Candidates with Educational and Healthcare project experience will be prioritized.
3. Interior Designer II (5–10 Years Experience)

About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Interior Designer II to contribute to workplace and interior design projects. The role involves concept development, space planning, design documentation, and coordination with clients and consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop concept stories, project narratives, and graphics for presentations.
- Engage in programming, strategy, space planning, and furniture layouts.
- Design and document interior workplace spaces including reception, collaboration zones, and support areas.
- Prepare schedules for finishes, lighting, and fixtures.
- Coordinate shop drawings and samples with contractors and vendors.
- Attend site meetings and coordinate with clients and consultants.
- Prepare design presentations and support project delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design (3–4 year program).
- 5–10 years of industry experience.
- Strong proficiency in Revit and design software (AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, SketchUp, Enscape).
- Knowledge of building codes and interior construction documents.
- Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills.
- Candidates with Educational and Healthcare project experience will be prioritized.
