Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect, based in Bengaluru. The Architect will be responsible for creating architectural designs, managing project timelines, and ensuring integration across key design elements. This role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring structural compliance, and overseeing project execution to meet client requirements and design standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to create innovative and functional structures
- Experience in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and delivering projects on deadline and within budget
- Ability to oversee design and construction integration to ensure seamless project execution
- Strong communication, collaborative, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and relevant architecture software is a plus
