Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Architect for a full-time, on-site position in Bengaluru. The Architect will be responsible for designing and planning architectural projects, managing project execution, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. The scope of work includes creating architectural designs, ensuring their functional feasibility, supervising projects, integrating innovative solutions, and maintaining alignment with client specifications.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Architectural Design and Architecture with a keen eye for detail and functionality
- Experience with Software Development and Integration to incorporate technology into architectural plans
- Strong Project Management skills to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities for collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- Familiarity with relevant software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design applications
- Knowledge of sustainable and innovative architectural practices is a plus
- Prior experience in the construction or real estate sectors is advantageous
