We are hiring for a Lead Solution Engineer (Archtect)– Corporate Technology to join a high-performing enterprise technology team. This role is ideal for professionals with deep expertise in enterprise infrastructure, Windows and cloud ecosystems, automation, and modern workplace technologies.
The ideal candidate will bring strong architectural capabilities, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to design scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise solutions across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-grade infrastructure solutions
- Design scalable and secure Windows-based solutions integrated with cloud platforms and enterprise identity systems
- Drive automation initiatives using PowerShell and Python scripting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
- Implement and optimize hybrid and multi-platform environments across Windows, macOS, and Linux
- Build and manage cloud-native infrastructure using Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines
- Enhance system observability through tools like Grafana, ELK Stack, and Prometheus
- Support AI observability initiatives by monitoring automation accuracy, latency, drift, and user experience
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and platform issues with a focus on optimization and reliability
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and Zero Trust architecture principles
- Mentor engineering teams and drive best practices across infrastructure and platform engineering
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of experience designing and implementing enterprise infrastructure solutions
- Strong expertise in:
- Windows Server
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Azure / AWS
- Azure Virtual Desktop
- Microsoft Defender
- Experience with:
- Azure AD / Okta / SSO / Federated Authentication
- Microsoft Intune and endpoint management (MDM/MAM)
- macOS device management tools such as Jamf Pro, Kandji, or Apple Business Manager
- Strong scripting and automation expertise using:
- PowerShell
- Python
- Bash / Zsh / AppleScript
- Hands-on experience with:
- Terraform
- Ansible
- ARM Templates
- GitOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of:
- Kubernetes
- Docker
- Serverless and multi-cloud architectures
- Familiarity with observability platforms such as:
- Prometheus
- Grafana
- ELK Stack
- Strong troubleshooting, optimization, and incident management skills
Good to Have
- Experience with:
- Exchange Online
- SharePoint
- Microsoft Power Platform
- Exposure to Zero Trust solutions such as Zscaler and CrowdStrike
- AI/ML integration, automation, and analytics exposure
- Relevant certifications:
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- MCSE Core Infrastructure
