Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop architectural and interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects
- Prepare detailed working drawings, layouts, and presentations
- Conduct site visits and coordinate execution activities
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and contractors
- Assist in space planning, material selection, and design development
- Ensure project execution aligns with design standards and timelines
- Support the team in project planning and design coordination
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion / V-Ray, and Photoshop
- Strong visualization and design understanding
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of residential and commercial project execution
Preferred Background
- Architecture / Interior Design / Landscape Design background preferred
- Experience in residential, commercial, or turnkey projects will be an added advantage
