Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect, located in Kozhikode. The Architect will be responsible for designing and planning architectural projects, creating detailed drawings, and ensuring alignment with client requirements and budget. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with clients and team members, managing architectural projects, and seamlessly integrating design elements to bring projects to life. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with construction teams and overseeing the implementation of designs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architectural Design and Architecture with a strong portfolio highlighting previous projects
- Experience in Project Management, including planning, resource allocation, and timeline adherence
- Ability to integrate Software Development skills and familiarity with architectural tools and technologies
- Advanced understanding of design standards and the ability to innovate creative architectural concepts
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related design field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Knowledge of sustainable building practices and regulations is a plus
- Relevant professional certifications and licenses are advantageous
