Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Indore. The Architect will participate in all project phases, including concept development, schematic design, and detailed architectural design for residential, commercial, and landscape-integrated spaces. Responsibilities include preparing drawings, 3D models, presentations, and design documentation that align with ecological and climate-responsive principles. The role involves coordinating with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent, quality, timelines, and budgets are met. The Architect will assist in project management tasks, contribute to design reviews, and support site visits, surveys, and supervision during construction.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a portfolio demonstrating minimalistic, context-responsive, and landscape-integrated work.
- Experience using software tools relevant to architecture and design (e.g., CAD/BIM, 3D modeling, and visualization software), with the ability to support digital Integration within project workflows.
- Proficiency in Project Management activities, including planning, coordination with stakeholders, documentation, and tracking timelines and deliverables.
- Understanding of sustainable design principles, ecological landscape architecture, and climate-responsive solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited institution and eligibility to work on-site in Indore.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines.
