Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Indore. The Architect will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing architectural projects that align with clients’ visions and requirements. Daily tasks include detailed space planning, drafting architectural blueprints, liaising with clients and contractors, and ensuring building codes and regulations are met. The Architect will also contribute to the creative direction of projects while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Qualifications
- Expertise in architectural design, blueprint drafting, and space planning
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other similar programs
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices
- Creative and innovative design thinking skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, contractors, and teams
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Experience working on residential or custom design projects is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
