Role - AI Architect
Experience Requirements
- 10–15+ years of IT experience
- 5+ years in AI/ML/GenAI solutioning & architecture
- Proven experience in designing and deploying AI systems at scale
- Experience across full lifecycle: experimentation → production → monitoring
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in:
- Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision
- Large Language Models (LLMs), GenAI, Agentic systems
- Hands-on experience with:
- RAG pipelines, embeddings, fine-tuning, evaluation
- AI orchestration frameworks (LangChain, etc.)
Architecture & Engineering
- Solid experience in:
- Distributed systems & microservices architecture
- Cloud-native architecture (Azure/AWS/GCP)
- Knowledge of:
- MLOps / LLMOps, model monitoring, CI/CD pipelines
- Data engineering & data platforms
Programming & Tools
- Strong proficiency in Python (preferred)
- Familiarity with:
- AI development frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI APIs)
- Dev tools: GitHub, Copilot, Cursor, etc.
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving and system thinking
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Good to Have
- Experience with:
- AI governance frameworks
- Industry-specific AI use cases (BFSI, travel, healthcare, etc.)
- Exposure to agentic AI systems and workflow orchestration
