Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Landscape Architect to design and develop aesthetically pleasing, functional, and sustainable outdoor spaces for residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in landscape planning, coordination, and execution within the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop landscape concepts for residential, commercial, and township projects
- Prepare layout plans, planting plans, hardscape designs, and irrigation layouts
- Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and project teams for seamless execution
- Review vendor drawings and supervise landscape execution at site
- Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and cost efficiency
- Work closely with contractors and vendors for timely project delivery
Key Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of landscape design principles and site planning
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office
- Good coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Creative thinking with attention to detail
