Role’s Overview:
Overseeing the planning, design, and execution of large number of construction projects.
Collaborate with engineers, and contractors to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and meets the client's specifications.
Job Description
Manage and oversee the entire project from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget and schedules.
Engage with clients to understand their requirements and develop comprehensive project plans. Ensure all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for the project.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects.
Review and approve project drawings and designs.
Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments.
Ensure that all project stakeholders are informed about the progress of the project.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. Requirements
At least 5-7 years of experience in project architecture, with a focus on large-scale construction projects. Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent Presentation, Communication and Interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architectural Design and strong vision for creating innovative, functional, and aesthetic structures.
- Expertise in Architecture and Integration with an ability to develop cohesive and sustainable designs.
- Project Management skills, including the ability to oversee design and construction phases, manage timelines, and handle multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with industry-relevant software to support design and project execution (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards, construction processes, and material specifications in the residential and bespoke project sector.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Prior experience with high-quality residential or bespoke architectural projects in a similar capacity is preferred.
