About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled, execution-focused Architect who excels at turning design concepts into flawless, buildable reality. In this role, you won't just be designing on a screen; you will be the critical anchor bridging the gap between digital drawings, interdisciplinary consultants, and live on-site construction.

Key Responsibilities:- Drawing Management & Detailing: Author, review, and finalise comprehensive architectural packages, including detailed working drawings, GFC sets, and interior/facade construction details.
- Interdisciplinary Coordination: Lead structural and MEP coordination. Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve design discrepancies before they hit the site.
- On-Site Execution & Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure construction strictly matches approved architectural layouts, and swiftly resolve real-world site constraints.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with project managers, structural engineers, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met without compromising on quality or design intent.
- BOM & Material Review: Work alongside management to ensure material selections, specifications, and drawing revisions align with Bill of Materials (BOM) trackers.
What We Are Looking For!- *Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- Experience: 4 to 7 years of proven experience handling architectural coordination, detailed working drawings, and active site execution (experience in residential apartments, commercial, or fast-paced design-build projects is highly preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or related architectural software. Strong knowledge of building services (MEP) integration and construction methodologies.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional eye for detail, assertive communication, strong problem-solving skills, and the confidence to direct vendors and contractors on-site.
