Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architect with strong BIM modeling expertise to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience and will be responsible for overseeing the design, coordination, and execution of building projects from concept to completion. This role demands strong problem-solving abilities, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality drawings within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage BIM models for architectural projects with accuracy and efficiency
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and construction documentation
Oversee project design and execution, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project goals
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants for seamless integration of design
Ensure timely delivery of drawings and project milestones
Review and resolve design and site-related issues proactively
Maintain high standards of quality, detailing, and compliance with codes and regulations
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design discussions
Support site teams with clarifications and updates during execution
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in architectural design and BIM modeling
Proficiency in BIM software (Revit preferred) and other design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle project challenges independently
Excellent attention to detail and design sensitivity
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working on residential, commercial, or institutional projects
Knowledge of local building codes and construction practices
Exposure to project execution and site coordination
