Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Architect role located in Chennai. The Architect will be responsible for designing cutting-edge residential projects. Responsibilities include creating detailed architectural plans, collaborating with engineers and other stakeholders and coordinating with clients to incorporate their feedback. The role demands creativity, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to consistently deliver exceptional results on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in architectural design and Revit
• Strong abilities in space planning, technical drawing, and 3D design visualization
• Knowledge of construction standards
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with clients and cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain design quality integrity
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field
• Prior experience in residential projects is mandatory
