About the Role
We are looking for an Architect with 3–5 years of experience to work on high-rise commercial & residential infrastructure and redevelopment projects.
This role involves working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver practical, execution-ready designs from concept to construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural design concepts and detailed drawings based on client requirements
- Prepare and manage architectural plans, layouts, and construction documentation
- Work on high-rise, residential, commercial, and railway redevelopment projects
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other stakeholders for design development
- Ensure design accuracy, quality standards, and compliance from concept to execution
- Having knowledge of govt statutory laws for project approvals (state / central govt / PMC etc.)
Skills & Tools
- AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape
- BIM Integration: Revit & Navisworks
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and detailing
- Coordination with multidisciplinary teams
Experience Required
- 3–8 years in Architectural Design
- Experience in high-rise / residential / commercial / redevelopment projects preferred
