🚨 Hiring: Architect (In-House)

💼 Role: Architect (Full-Time | On-Site – Thane)
We are looking for a skilled In-House Architect with 3–5 years of experience to manage architectural planning, coordinate with RCC consultants, and handle municipal drawing submissions.
🔎 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Preparation and finalization of architectural drawings
✔ Coordination with RCC/Structural Consultants
✔ Handling municipal drawings & approval processes
✔ Managing layout planning & redevelopment proposals
✔ Ensuring compliance with local development regulations
✔ Working closely with project and execution teams
✔ Site coordination when required
🎯 Qualifications & Skills:
- 3–5 years of professional architectural experience
- Strong knowledge of municipal approval procedures
- Experience in redevelopment / real estate projects preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Knowledge of DCR regulations & building norms
- Strong coordination & communication skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
💰 Compensation & Work Details:
📍 Location: Wagle Estate, Thane (On-site)
🕒 Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
📅 Weekly Off: Sunday & 4th Saturday
🌴 Leaves: 8 Casual + 8 Medical + Festival Holidays
💰 Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month (based on experience & expertise)
