Job Title: Architect
We are expanding our Architecture team in Ahmedabad and are looking for experienced Architects with 5 to 10 years of professional experience in architectural design, project coordination, and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, design proposals, and detailed construction drawings.
- Prepare working drawings, GFC drawings, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review drawings for quality, accuracy, and compliance with applicable standards.
- Conduct site visits and resolve design and execution-related issues.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality design standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and contractors to achieve project objectives.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
- 5 to10 years of experience in architectural design and project execution.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office.
- Knowledge of construction detailing, building codes, and project documentation.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
