Position Summary:
We are actively looking for an Architect with strong creative skills and hands-on experience in collaborating with design teams. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and brings enthusiasm, professionalism, and strong design sensibilities to every project.
Key Responsibilities:
· Participate in all stages of project development—from concept design through construction documentation and completion.
· Prepare and produce conceptual, schematic, design development, and working drawings for small to mid-scale projects.
· Collaborate closely with internal design teams, consultants, contractors and technical experts.
· Maintain an efficient workflow while adhering to deadlines and priorities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· B.Arch degree from a recognized institution.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office (Word & Excel).
· Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
· A self-motivated, reliable, detail-oriented individual with strong work ethics.
